          Born in Dolny Kubin. As a young player came to SK Slovan Bratislava, where he spent the most of his professional football career. In years 1991 - 1992 played for Olympique Nimes (France). After that came back to SK Slovan again, and became with the club 3-times Slovak champion.
          In July 1997 went to Spartak Trnava. At the end of season 98/99 signed a contract with Omonia Nicosia (Cyprus). Voted 3-times "Slovak player of the year".
